Kaufman Rossin is seeking an AI Solutions & Risk Specialist to join our Risk Advisory Services India team. This role combines hands-on AI tool development with client service across internal audit, SOX compliance, enterprise risk management, CFO advisory, and IPO readiness.

• Brainstorm, build, test, and implement AI-enabled tools for risk advisory services
• Translate business and engagement needs into practical, scalable AI solutions
• Support internal audit, SOX, ERM, CFO advisory, and IPO readiness engagements
• Apply risk, controls, and testing knowledge throughout tool development and client delivery
• Onboard existing client accounts and execute assigned engagement responsibilities
• Collaborate with engagement leaders, technical resources, and client stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in internal audit, SOX, ERM, finance, controls, risk, or testing
• Hands-on experience with Claude Code or ChatGPT Codex for tool building and other use cases
• Technical skills in Python, prompt engineering, RAG, vector DBs
• Strong knowledge of risk, controls, testing methodologies, and documentation standards
• Ability to translate risk advisory needs into practical AI-enabled solutions
• Strong analytical, communication, project management, and client service skills

• CA, CPA, CIA, CISA, ISO, AI, or AI development certifications
• Experience building AI tools for audit, risk, compliance, or finance teams
• Experience with continuous monitoring and analytics, as well as back-end enablement of such tools (i.e. data lake connections, APIs, etc.)
• Experience as a self starter looking to drive progress and success
• Experience with Workiva, Optro and/or Fieldguide
• Experience supporting business development, marketing, and similar initiatives
• Project or engagement leadership experience
• Proven ability to turn ideas into functional, user-ready solutions
