• →BS/BA in Construction Management, Engineering Technology, or Engineering and/or 5-10 years of construction estimating experience.
• →Proven skills in: Spatial concepts/ Math
• →Proficient with MS Office Suite (particularly Excel and Microsoft Word)
  
• →Experience with Estimating Software such as Timberline, On-screen take-off, IsqFt
