The Senior IT Project Manager, Project Management Office is accountable for leading large, complex and high-impact IT projects or multi-workstream programs that span business functions, regions, platforms and external partners. The role establishes the delivery strategy and governance model, integrates business and technology plans, and drives executive alignment on scope, investment, sequencing, risks and outcomes. The successful candidate must bring substantial SAP project management experience, particularly leading cross-regional SAP initiatives or delivering SAP transformation programs in a consulting or systems-integration environment. The role operates with substantial autonomy, anticipates cross-program implications, resolves ambiguity and leads recovery where delivery is at risk. 

• →Lead complex, cross-functional and multi-regional projects or programs from business case and mobilization through deployment, stabilization and benefits transition. 

• →Lead cross-regional SAP implementation or transformation projects, coordinating business process, functional, technical, data, integration, testing, cutover and deployment teams across countries and time zones.

• →Define the project plans, governance structure, critical path, budget and resource model across multiple workstreams and suppliers

• →Direct program-level RAID, dependency, scope and change control; identify systemic risks and drive mitigation or recovery plans before milestones are affected. 

• →Provide executive-level reporting with forward-looking insights, decisions required, scenario analysis and clear accountability for outcomes. 
• →Partner with senior business and IT leaders to clarify outcomes, evaluate options and trade-offs, secure decisions and maintain alignment to strategic priorities. 
• →Lead consulting partners, systems integrators and vendors against contractual deliverables, quality expectations, financial controls and integrated delivery commitments. 
• →Coach project managers, establish delivery standards and contribute to portfolio prioritization, capacity planning and continuous improvement of the PMO.

• Leadership of large, complex IT projects or multi-workstream programs across regions and functions
• End-to-end SAP project management, including cross-regional SAP implementations or SAP transformation delivery in a consulting or systems-integration environment 
• Executive governance, financial management, consulting/vendor leadership and program recovery 
• Integration, testing, cutover and deployment leadership across multiple teams and geographies 
• Wholesale, retail, apparel or consumer products industry Enterprise on Prem / Cloud data warehouse systems (e.g, Snowflake, Databricks, Synapse, SAP SAC .. etc.)

• Bachelor degree in IT, Business or related field of study.
• PMI Certification (Preferred)

• Cross-regional SAP program leadership and executive influence 
• Integrated planning, financial control and dependency management 
• Consulting and systems-integrator delivery management 
• Enterprise risk management, negotiation and delivery recovery 
• Coaching, governance design and PMO capability building
