Maintenance Manager

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing the maintenance and sustainment of complex electronic security systems supporting Federal Government programs. The position provides leadership for maintenance personnel, ensures compliance with contractual and security requirements, and manages technical operations to maintain system reliability and mission readiness.

Responsibilities

  • →Lead and supervise maintenance personnel supporting electronic security systems.
  • →Manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  • →Oversee system sustainment, troubleshooting, and repairs.
  • →Coordinate maintenance schedules and resource allocation.
  • →Ensure compliance with Government policies, security requirements, and contractual obligations.
  • →Monitor maintenance performance metrics and implement process improvements.
  • →Provide technical leadership and support for mission-critical security systems.

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen. Active Secret Security Clearance (minimum requirement).
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the management and sustainment of complex electronic security systems.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the general supervision of technical security personnel.
  • Project or Program Management certification.

  • Experience supporting Federal Government and Department of Defense (DoD) maintenance operations is preferred.
