KBR is looking for Quantity Surveyor who is involved in Contracts Management & Procurement

• →Cost estimation – Prepare preliminary cost estimates based on
• →drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• →Bill of Quantities (BOQ) preparation – Measure quantities and compile
• →detailed BOQs for estimations.
• →Cost control – Monitor ongoing project costs against budget.
• →Final account preparation – Reconcile all project costs at completion for
• →final settlement.
• →Valuations & progress payments – Assess contractor claims and certify
• →interim payments.

• Minimum 6 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – High School.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – Diploma.
• Stakeholder Management
• Commercial awareness
• Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills
• Proven leadership skills with large organizations
• Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems
• Strategic thinking, open to new ideas
• An ability to achieve business results working in a multi-cultural environment
