Lexus Service Advisor

As a Service Advisor, you'll serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and service department, ensuring every visit is professional, transparent, and exceeds expectations.

• →Greet customers promptly and provide an outstanding service experience
• →Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair requests
• →Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines
• →Prepare estimates and explain recommended repairs clearly
• →Communicate with technicians throughout the repair process
• →Keep customers informed with timely updates on vehicle status
• →Review completed repairs, invoices, and maintenance recommendations upon delivery
• →Maintain accurate records using dealership management systems
• →Help achieve department CSI, productivity, and sales goals

• Previous automotive Service Advisor experience preferred
• Luxury dealership experience is a plus
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Computer proficiency; CDK experience is a plus
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
