Regional Director of Finance, Greater China & Mongolia

To oversee corporate financial planning, tax structuring, and compliance for the regional office and the joint venture (Key International Hotels Management Co., Ltd.). Ensure that consolidated financial statements are prepared timely, accurately, and in accordance with local legislation, international standards, and corporate guidelines.

To monitor, analyze, and optimize the financial performance of all operating and pipeline hotels in the region. Ensure the service agreement with Kempinski Hotels S.A. is fully respected, guiding Hotel Financial Controllers to maximize resource utilization, control revenues and costs, and drive profitability.

To strategically plan and execute fund-raising and financing initiatives to support regional expansions, hotel developments, and joint-venture operations. Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with banks, financial institutions, and owning companies to optimize the capital structure and ensure liquidity across the region.
