About This Position
We are seeking talented healthcare and life sciences (HLS) professionals interested in helping generate strategies and implementation plans that drive a greater future for our clients. As a Senior Consultant at Kenway, you will own meaningful workstreams, engage with a diverse set of stakeholders, and solve complex problems firsthand. From early in your tenure, you’ll lead workstreams and produce solutions that target the latest business and technical challenges companies are facing today.

Senior Consultants at Kenway are responsible for owning workstreams and smaller projects end-to-end with minimal oversight—proactively managing timelines, escalating risks early, and ensuring client needs are met with high-quality, hands-on delivery. Senior Consultants are also expected to build strong client and team relationships, support account growth and proposals, and coach analysts and consultants as they develop.

Within Kenway’s HLS vertical, Senior Consultants are expected to demonstrate, deploy, and deepen proficiency delivering across the healthcare ecosystem, inclusive of life sciences (biopharma, biotech, medtech), health-tech, provider, payer, and related industries.

Senior Consultants must be capable of designing solutions within their workstream and translating them into executable plans.

Senior Consultants are expected to demonstrate poise, credibility, and clarity in all communications and interactions with clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
Aptitude: While Kenway possesses deep institutional expertise and proprietary frameworks, no two projects are the same. Senior Consultants are expected to demonstrate curiosity, climb learning curves quickly, and adapt solutions to the uniqueness of each client and project.
Industry Acumen: Senior Consultants within the HLS vertical are expected to demonstrate a working understanding of industry trends, regulatory landscapes, value chains, business operations, and technical nuances unique to the life sciences and healthcare sectors, while engaging in continuous learning to broaden and deepen their expertise.
Functional Acumen: Senior Consultants must have a sound command of programmatic skills to own workstreams, while demonstrating an understanding of Kenway’s suite of services to contribute to solutions with technical and/or non-technical scope.
