Compliance Consultant

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Compliance Consultant to work on-site at a client location. This consultancy mission involves managing AML analyses and collaborating closely with legal and compliance teams.

• →Analyze files/transactions with suspected money laundering or terrorist financing in accordance with legal obligations and established procedures.
• →Evaluate unusual transaction reports and determine if further investigation or measures are necessary.
• →Apply Know Your Customer (KYC) and Know Your Transaction (KYT) principles.
• →Conduct weekly analysis of alerts from an external monitoring tool.
• →Detect AML red flags from various legal documents.
• →Prepare notifications to the competent authorities.
• →Analyze incoming and outgoing premium payments from clients with heightened vigilance.
• →Adhere to a strict procedural framework within established deadlines.

• Personal Skills: Client-oriented, organizational skills, ability to plan and prioritize, teamwork, attention to detail, initiative.
• Business Experience: Knowledge of anti-money laundering practices, adaptability to changing or more demanding procedures, ability to present complex cases clearly and orderly, precision in work.

• Fluent in Dutch and French.
