Data Analyst

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Data Analyst for a consultancy mission at a client site. The client collects, produces, and utilizes vast amounts of information across various domains, including taxation, agriculture, mobility, environment, land use, research, economy, and human resources. This information is a strategic asset for the administration, facilitating public policy management, internal efficiency, and transparency.

However, data is often dispersed across different administrations, making it difficult to retrieve, understand, cross-reference, and reuse. This situation limits the cross-utilization of available information and maintains a strong dependency on application-specific or organizational logics.

The client aims to establish a structured inventory of its data, including definitions, usage conditions, quality levels, and sharing modalities. This mission will contribute to the structuring, documentation, and coherence of the client's data assets, supporting the operationalization of their data strategy.

• →Analyze various data sources to create an inventory of data.
• →Coordinate with data managers to identify and mobilize stakeholders for each data source.
• →Organize and facilitate analysis meetings with data managers, subject matter experts, technical teams, and project stakeholders.
• →Document the results of analyses in reports and recommendations for governance.
• →Identify data managers and document data definitions, creation processes, and legal bases for data processing.
• →Document current data exchange modalities and prepare for future integration work.
• →Construct and maintain an inventory of data related to enterprises within the client's systems.
• →Characterize and qualify data for governance and sharing purposes.
• →Identify opportunities for simplification and harmonization of data definitions.
• →Clarify data management responsibilities and document existing roles.
