Join Keystone Solutions as a Data Engineer on a consultancy mission at a client site. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary agile team that transforms Belgian healthcare data into actionable insights, supporting policy and medical decisions with significant societal impact.


Responsibilities

  • Design, build, deploy, and maintain BI solutions (data ingestion, data warehouse, data marts) according to established standards and functional/non-functional requirements, in collaboration with the Technical Lead and Data Architects.
  • Test analytics solutions, conduct troubleshooting, provide maintenance, and ensure adequate technical documentation.
  • Create visualizations and reports using Power BI or SSRS.
  • Conduct prototype reviews and demos, including training on the data model for business users.
  • Work with the Project Leader throughout the project lifecycle to ensure appropriate delivery in an agile and pragmatic manner.
  • Support the organization in its transition to using Databricks.


  • Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience as a Data Engineer in the Microsoft BI stack (Visual Studio, SSIS, SSAS, SSMS, SSRS, Power BI, SQL Server from a development perspective).
  • Experience in Azure Databricks & Python is a plus.
  • Good experience in data warehouse design (Kimball dimensional modeling).
  • Experience in working in an agile project mode is a plus.

  • Mother tongue: Dutch or French with passive knowledge of the second national language.
