Senior ICT Manager

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Senior ICT Manager for a consultancy mission at a client site. In this role, you will leverage your practical experience in organizing, directing, and optimizing ICT services while supporting the development of a future-proof model for shared services and operational IT governance.

• →Assess the feasibility of the proposed operating model from an operational perspective and advise on the setup of IT services, service management processes, organizational forms, and competencies.
• →Support the development of service catalogs, organizational models, responsibility distributions, and capacity plans.
• →Provide input on future roles, team structures, supplier management, and the impact of further centralization on the daily operations of the involved organizations.
