→Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment to ensure responsive care is provided to each child
→Desire to build positive relationships with children and families and be able to provide communication to parents through conversations, messaging and taking pictures to share the child's day and growth.
→A passion for educating young minds in a preschool setting
→Desire to work as part of a teaching team

→Support Lead teacher in preparing materials for weekly lessons
→Work well as part of a team
→Build positive relationships with children, families, and co-workers
→Support the team where needed
→Have a desire to continue to learn and grow as an educator and be open to coaching

Requirements

HS Diploma/GED required
Experience teaching in a licensed preschool setting
At least 18 years of age
Must be able to fluently read, write, and speak both Spanish and English
Must be Authorized to work in the United States

a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education or related field, OR
a CDA (Child Development Associate Certification); AND
5-10 years teaching experience in a licensed childcare setting, OR
2-3 years’ experience in Montessori school setting
