Chinese Relationship Manager

 Job Description:

• Responsible for establishing and maintaining good working relationships with top Mandarin-speaking clients and representatives

• Oversee assigned accounts, including negotiating deals, operational improvement, and campaign participation to maximize growth.

• Work closely with stakeholders such as Mandarin-speaking clients to communicate the critical progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives.

• Evaluate, forecast, and track key account metrics.

• Provided in-depth insight on assigned clients to project managers and team leads to execute strategies aligned with the project goals.

• Prepare status reports on multiple accounts.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Mandarin (verbal and written) to liaise with local Mandarin-speaking clients and other stakeholders

• Experience in Business Development, Sales, or Management is preferred

• Candidates with less than 1year of experience are welcome to apply

• Logical thinker with strong problem-solving skills

• Able to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative work environment to drive key business objectives  

• Able to deliver quality work while meeting deadlines

• Excellent communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Must be flexible to conduct seller visits in different locations

• Experience in the e-commerce or advertising industry is a plus
