Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement disciplinary policies and procedures in alignment with company objectives and legal requirements.

  • Conduct investigations into employee misconduct, including interviewing involved parties and gathering relevant documentation.

  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees regarding disciplinary issues and conflict resolution.

  • Maintain detailed records of all disciplinary actions and ensure confidentiality.

  • Ensure all disciplinary actions are fair and consistent and comply with company policies and legal requirements.

  • Prepare and present reports on disciplinary actions and outcomes to the management.

  • Work closely with the Human Resources team to provide training and support on disciplinary processes and procedures.

  • Participate in grievance hearings and mediations as required.

  • Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in employee discipline and conduct management.

  • Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting compliance with company policies and encouraging ethical behavior.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Criminology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 1 -2 years of experience in a human resources or employee relations role, focusing on disciplinary processes.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
