E-Commerce Officer

The Ecommerce Officer is a cross-functional position that is responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and monitoring our client’ ecommerce online platforms. The successful candidate will build and direct a team of ecommerce professionals that can effectively help develop and execute ecommerce solutions. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and driving sales to the client’ online platforms

• Orchestrates aspects of the ecommerce and marketing strategy for the brand. 

• Collaborate with internal team of ecom handlers to make online platform optimizations and adjustments to monitor sales performance and store metrics

• Allocate tasks, set goals, monitor KPI and performance of each team

• Collaborating with clients, online platforms and other stakeholders

• Conduct alignment meeting and monitor live schedules

• Prepare weekly sales reports and monthly report checking

Job Description:

• Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.

• Has excellent interpersonal skills

• Must have extensive knowledge of ecommerce platforms and strategies (Shopee,Lazada,Tiktok shop)

• Must be a proven leader with experience both managing teams
