E-commerce Project Associate

As an Ecommerce Project Associate you need to ensure that your team meets sales targets and exceeds client expectations. This role involves coordinating team schedules, collaborating with the Team Leader and Key Account Manager to set and achieve.

• →Sales Target Management: Drive the team towards achieving and exceeding sales targets set by our clients. Analyze data, trends, and customer behavior to optimize strategies for maximum sales performance.
• →Team Scheduling: Efficiently schedule and organize team activities, ensuring optimal resource allocation and coverage to meet client needs. Coordinate team members' schedules for seamless project execution.
• →Goal Setting and Coordination: Collaborate with the Team Leader and Key Account Manager (KAM) to establish clear objectives and strategies aligned with client goals. Regularly communicate and update the team on targets and performance metrics.
• →Performance Analysis: Track and report on project progress, sales performance, and key metrics regularly. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures as needed.
• →Performance Evaluation: Evaluate performance of each team members monthly

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
• Proven experience in ecommerce sales, project management, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Proven expertise in ecommerce platforms: Extensive experience working as an ecommerce specialist on platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop is essential. Knowledge of various campaigns, strategies, and best practices specific to these platforms is a must-have.
• Willing to work in Binondo
• Willing to work Monday to Saturday
