HR Lead

Job Summary:

The Human Resource Manager will lead, direct, and oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes in recruitment, talent management, and engagement, payroll, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.

We are looking forward to hiring an HR Lead who easily connects with employees and can catch up in managing and implementing strategies in handling our agile and dynamic working environment.

Job Description:

• Develop HR strategies, KPIs, and initiatives that effectively communicate and support development toward achieving company objectives, mission, and vision.

• Provide overall leadership and guidance to the HR function  efficiently and effectively in all areas of Human Resources (HR) including but not limited to the areas of recruitment and selection, talent and performance management, employee engagement, and employee relations.

• Enforces management guidelines by updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.

• Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in human resources

• Ensure effectivity and efficiency and execution and delivery of overall HR activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science and Human Resources

• 4-6 years experience in managing people

• Experienced in all HR facets

• Degree in Human Resources or related field

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
