Influencer Marketing Specialist (Remote)

The Influencer Marketing specialist will build and maintain relationships with influencers. The successful candidate will track and execute influencer marketing projects across various channels. 

Job Description

• Recruiting, retaining, and helping creators grow up with the brand.

• Analyze & monitor KOL performance. 

• Maintaining good working relationships with influencers/KOLs for the implementation of campaigns.

• Negotiate contracts and organization of influencer programs that are focused on driving revenue

• Preparation of pitch deck and proposals

• Lead influencer/KOL development plan according to brand image.

• Tracking customer preferences, metrics, and media campaigns.

•  Monitoring customer feedback

• Update of Weekly and Monthly Reports

Job Qualifications

•  Candidates must possess a Bachelor's or College Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Marketing, or the equivalent.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• The ability to analyze data, interpret marketing metrics, and generate insight

• Experience managing micro-influencer programs and communities

• Able to contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture
