→Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales targets.
→Implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase profitability, including merchandising, promotions, and upselling techniques.
→Create and maintain a welcoming and visually appealing store environment that reflects the brand image.
→Train and develop staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and operational procedures to enhance performance and promote career growth.
→Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and address any performance issues in a timely manner.
→Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards to maintain a safe and secure work environment.
→Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively, striving to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.
→Collaborate with the operations manager to implement corporate initiatives, communicate store performance, and contribute to strategic planning.
→Prepare and analyze sales reports, budget forecasts, and other operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
