As a People Analytics Co-op at Klaviyo, you'll sit within our People team, working on the data side of HR. You'll partner with HR Business Partners on ad-hoc analyses, help automate manual HR processes with data, and work with our Analytics Engineering team to build your SQL skills, bridging how data lives in our HRIS system versus how it shows up in Snowflake, and documenting what you learn along the way.
This role is designed for students curious about people data, whether or not HR is the career path they've landed on. Expect real projects (the kind you can talk through in a future job interview), plus a mix of tactical and open-ended work so you can figure out what you enjoy most.
