Maintenance Manager

We have an opening for a Maintenance Manager (working first shift hours supporting a 24 hour operation) at our Port Washington, WI location.

Kleen Test Products is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations at our Sunset liquid filling manufacturing facility in Port Washington, WI. This is not a role for someone who manages from behind a desk. We are looking for a leader who will work alongside their team, troubleshoot equipment issues, develop technicians, drive continuous improvement, and ensure equipment reliability across a fast-paced manufacturing operation.

• →Proven maintenance leadership experience in a liquid filling manufacturing environment

• →Experience leading maintenance teams across multiple shifts
• →Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting abilities
• →Experience supporting manufacturing equipment similar to liquid filling, packaging, and production operations
• →Demonstrated success improving equipment reliability and reducing downtime
• →Experience implementing and managing preventative maintenance programs
• →Experience using and optimizing CMMS systems
• →Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• →Ability to coach, mentor, and develop maintenance technicians
• →Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

• →Do not have experience supporting liquid filling or similar manufacturing operations
