Responsibilities

→Provide administrative support to Sales, Maintenance, and Installation teams
→Prepare and manage customer contracts, documentation, and service-related records
→Coordinate customer communications, contract updates, and key account follow-ups
→Support scheduling activities, service orders, inspections, and subcontractor coordination
→Prepare quotations, process repair-related opportunities, and support billing activities
→Maintain accurate data in internal systems and customer portals
→Assist with reporting and public tender administration

Experience in administration, customer service, or a similar coordination role is desired
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Good communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Proficiency in English
