Associate (Corporate, M&A and Compliance)

• Provide legal advice and assistance in wide range of legal projects and engagements for international and local clients;
• Advise on corporate law matters, corporate registrations and statutory filings;
• Assist in mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, and other strategic transactions, including in CPC and FDI clearance procedures;
• Participate in due-diligence and transaction assistance projects;
• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements and other legal documents;
• Advise clients on regulatory and compliance matters, including corporate governance and compliance frameworks;
• Work alongside the experienced specialists in the field and learn a lot.

• Master’s degree in Law;
• Legal capacity;
• Professional experience of 2 to 5 years in corporate and M&A, and commercial law;
• Admission to the Bulgarian Bar, or eligibility for admission, will be considered an advantage;
• Fluency in English;
• Excellent computer skills;
• Analytical mind;
• Positive attitude and ability to work efficiently in keeping tight deadlines;
• Excellent communication skills.
