Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in the LAP or mortgage industry, and 3 years in a managerial role.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales team.
Strong knowledge of the LAP market, products, and regulatory environment.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively. Key Competencies:
