The group entity has an in-house RBI-registered NBFC and is Series-D funded by marquee investors such as Premji Invest, Advent International, Motilal Oswal Private Equity, MUFG, and TPG-backed NewQuest.

Job Description:

Drive anchor sales with companies having annual revenues ranging from ₹50 to ₹1,000 crore.
Design and implement Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for anchor clients.
Build, manage, and grow assigned portfolios while ensuring consistent performance.
Lead a team of on-ground executives, ensuring excellent customer experience and operational efficiency.
Ensure portfolio hygiene and manage collections effectively.
This is a high-ownership role, reporting directly to the central HQ in Bangalore.

Requirements:
