Kutol Products Company is a growing manufacturer of hand soaps, sanitizers, and dispensing systems, producing products used in workplaces, schools, healthcare facilities, and businesses across North America and beyond. Operating from our Silver LEED Certified facility in Sharonville, Ohio. We manufacture both cosmetic and OTC drug formulations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. We are currently seeking a Processor to join our 2nd Shift Team as we deliver on our purpose of providing “Clean Hands for a Healthy World.”

As a Processor at Kutol, you'll play a key role in creating the products our customers rely on every day. You'll blend and process batches, work closely with Quality Control to ensure products meet specifications, and help keep production moving safely and efficiently.
The varied duties of this role allow team members to grow their skills, responsibilities of this position include:
- Receive direction from the Shift Supervisor regarding production priorities and batches to be processed. Verify required raw materials, lot numbers, quantities, and equipment are available and approved prior to beginning production activities.
- Accurately weigh, measure, and add raw materials according to approved formulas, batch records, work instructions, and processing specifications to produce quality products that meet established standards.
- Monitor process conditions, collect and submit product samples as required, and make approved adjustments as directed by Quality Control or Quality Assurance to ensure products meet specification requirements.
- Complete all batch records, production logs, inventory transactions, and related documentation accurately, legibly, and in real time in accordance with GMP requirements, SOPs, FDA regulations and company quality standards.
- Follow all established safety procedures and safe work practices while operating processing and material handling equipment. Properly utilize required PPE and safely handle chemicals and raw materials in accordance with SDS requirements and company procedures.
- Perform sanitation and housekeeping activities promptly according to GMP requirements and established procedures to maintain a clean, organized, audit-ready work environment that preserves product quality and prevents contamination.
- Communicate production status, inventory needs, quality concerns, equipment issues, and safety matters to Supervisors and oncoming Teammates to support a cohesive one operation mindset.
- Work cooperatively with Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Warehouse, Maintenance, Production, and other departments to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Performs other duties, assignments or projects as assigned.
Requirements

Second shift Liquid Processor hours are Monday through Friday 2:30pm - 10:30pm. Starting pay is $24/hour plus $1.00/hour shift differential for second shift. A review and opportunity for a raise occurs after 3 months, on your one year anniversary and annually thereafter. - High school diploma or GED required with demonstrated proficiency in reading & math.
- Prior manufacturing, production, or chemical processing experience required, pharmaceutical, food, cosmetic, or related industry experience preferred.
- Forklift experience or ability to obtain certification
- Ability to read and follow formulas and work instructions
- Ability to properly calculate, weigh and add ingredients as specified
- Good interpersonal and communication skills for teamwork
- Knowledge of the safe handling of hazardous chemicals and applicable raw materials
