Responsibilities

Certifications: PHR or similar certification is a plus.
HR Expertise: Hands on experience in the full employment life cycle (recruitment, payroll, benefits, relations).
Compliance Knowledge: Ability to apply employment laws (DOL, EEOC, FLSA, FMLA, ADAAA, HIPAA) to mitigate risk.
Technology Savvy: Proficiency in HRIS (ADP WFN or similar), Applicant Tracking Systems, and MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, CoPilot).
Behavioral Traits: High emotional intelligence, exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
Flexibility: Adaptable to support 200 plus TeamMates across a 3-shift operation.
