As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging, and compelling content for various digital platforms. Your responsibilities include managing our social media channels, developing creative campaigns, and producing captivating content that resonates with our audience. This role requires a deep enthusiasm for social media marketing, a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills to effectively engage and grow our online community.

Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.

Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals.

Set specific objectives and report on ROI.

Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news).

Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales, and business development to ensure brand consistency.

Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout).

Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions

Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications

Monitor social media channels for trends and opportunities, and respond to comments and messages on time.

Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Strong passion for social media and digital marketing.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong writing, graphic design, and video production skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, SEO, Google Analytics, and content creation software

Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
