Labor Finders is now hiring an experienced and detail-oriented Steel Project Coordinator!

Responsibilities

→Review construction drawings, shop drawings, and project specifications.
→Prepare accurate estimates and material takeoffs for structural and miscellaneous steel projects.
→Prepare pricing, bids, and professional proposals.
→Submit bids and follow up with customers regarding pricing and projects.
→Maintain accurate estimating records and documentation.
→Manage multiple projects and deadlines.
→Communicate professionally with customers and team members.

Requirements

Construction estimating experience preferred; 1 year preferred but not required.
Structural or miscellaneous steel experience is a plus.
Bluebeam experience preferred.
Microsoft Excel experience preferred.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Strong math, computer, organizational, and communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Reliable high-speed internet, telephone, and dedicated workspace required.
