Employment Type: Full-time

We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to join a growing interpretation, translation, and transcription services company serving clients across the U.S. The ideal candidate has strong experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation, with a focus on identifying and engaging passive, senior-level talent. This role requires availability during PST business hours to align with the U.S. team.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and engage passive candidates through direct outreach, not job postings alone.
  • Identify and attract top talent across the U.S. market, across roles and seniority levels.
  • Maintain accurate candidate tracking throughout the recruitment lifecycle for reliable pipeline visibility.
  • Conduct in-depth screening interviews to assess technical qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage assessments and evaluations before advancing candidates to hiring managers.
  • Provide clear, data-backed recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate interview schedules across multiple time zones.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely communication and a high-touch experience from first contact through final decision.
  • Lead the offer process, including offer extensions and negotiation support.
  • Coordinate background checks and reference checks.
  • Execute a seamless handoff to the HR Coordinator for onboarding.

Requirements

  • 6-10+ years of hands-on U.S. recruitment experience, with a strong background in headhunting and full-cycle recruiting
  • Demonstrated expertise with LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms, ATS, Google Workspace, and VoIP softphones for U.S.-based communication
  • Proven ability to source and engage passive, senior-level candidates in competitive markets
  • Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of professionalism
  • Ability to work consistently during PST business hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
