We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to source, vet, and onboard top-tier freelance interpreters and translators for our growing contractor network. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition and Optimization Supervisor, you'll play a key role in building the independent talent pipeline that supports our organization's growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Recruitment: Identify and attract qualified freelance interpreters and translators through various channels.
• Vetting: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet quality and professional standards.
• Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new independent contractors, ensuring they understand company policies and contractual agreements.
• Worker Classification: Serve as a subject matter expert on worker classification, educating internal teams and external talent on the legal distinctions between employees and independent contractors.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role
• Knowledge of legal requirements for hiring and managing independent contractors
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience in the language services industry is a plus

Work Setup & Collaboration
This is a full-time remote role based in the Philippines, working daily alongside a U.S.-based team. Reliable internet and a dedicated home workspace are expected.
