Location: Remote — Philippines (collaborating daily with the U.S. team)

As a Virtual Marketing & Automation Specialist, you'll manage and optimize the backend marketing infrastructure that powers lead generation, customer engagement, and brand growth for a luxury, appointment-based sleep showroom focused on personalized sleep consultations, premium products, and a concierge-level customer experience.

What you'll do
  • Marketing Automation & CRM Management
  • Build, optimize, and maintain GoHighLevel workflows, automations, pipelines, tags, triggers, and segmentation.
  • Create email drip campaigns, customer nurture sequences, and automated lead follow-up systems.
  • Develop and manage workflows for:
    • Appointment reminders
    • Missed lead follow-ups
    • Review requests
    • Re-engagement campaigns
    • Customer retention campaigns
  • Troubleshoot workflow issues and continuously improve deliverability, open rates, and engagement.
  • Maintain organized CRM data and ensure automation systems remain clean and effective.
Campaign Performance & Paid Advertising
  • Monitor and optimize Google Ads campaigns to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and return on ad spend.
  • Conduct keyword research and manage negative keyword strategies.
  • Refine audience targeting and retargeting campaigns.
  • Optimize advertising budgets and provide performance reporting.
  • Track conversions and identify high-performing traffic sources.
  • Collaborate on landing page recommendations based on campaign insights and performance data.
Audience Building & Data Strategy
  • Build and manage highly targeted audience segments using Datamoon or similar audience and data platforms.
  • Create and refine retargeting audiences for:
    • Email marketing campaigns
    • Connected TV (CTV) campaigns
    • Digital advertising campaigns
  • Upload, organize, and maintain customer data for audience development.
  • Develop demographic and behavioral targeting strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Support audience planning and optimization efforts to improve lead quality and conversion performance.
Social Media Strategy & Brand Positioning
  • Assist in developing and executing a cohesive social media strategy across multiple platforms.
  • Organize, schedule, and coordinate content calendars and campaign timelines.
  • Generate content ideas, hooks, and campaign themes aligned with business goals.
  • Repurpose long-form content into engaging short-form social content.
  • Maintain a consistent luxury brand voice and presentation.
  • Help position the business owner as an authority in sleep wellness, mattresses, and sleep education.
  • Support engagement and audience growth while preserving an authentic and personal brand presence.
Reporting, Optimization & Process Improvement
  • Analyze campaign performance and marketing data to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare reports and actionable recommendations based on marketing results.
  • Recommend improvements to workflows, automations, and overall marketing operations.
  • Support continuous optimization of systems, processes, and customer journeys.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with leadership and marketing stakeholders to align automation, advertising, content, and audience strategies with business objectives.
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives to support lead generation, customer retention, and overall business growth.
What you'll bring
  • 3–5+ years of experience in marketing automation, CRM management, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Advanced GoHighLevel experience, including workflow creation, automation management, and CRM administration.
  • Hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Experience with Datamoon or similar audience-building, segmentation, and retargeting platforms.
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels, customer journeys, and lead nurturing strategies.
  • Experience creating reports, analyzing campaign performance, and making data-driven recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and solve problems proactively.
  • Understanding of luxury branding, customer psychology, and high-ticket sales environments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with SEO and local search optimization.
  • Experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Proficiency with AI-powered marketing tools.
  • Experience working with Wix websites.
  • Knowledge of short-form content strategy and content repurposing.
