Corporate Lawyer / Senior Corporate Lawyer

Responsibilities: Advise on and support M&A transactions, including drafting and reviewing transaction documentation, participating in negotiations, and coordinating signing and closing processes; Advise on corporate restructurings, ownership re-organisations and re-domiciliation procedures; Conduct comprehensive legal due diligence; Advise clients on corporate law, sanctions and regulatory matters; Prepare legal memoranda, opinions and other analytical materials; Work closely with clients and internal teams on complex cross-border corporate matters. Requirements Completed higher legal education, ideally including both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees; Graduates of leading law schools; 3+ years of experience in legal consulting / private practice; Practical experience supporting M&A transactions; English language proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or above; Russian language proficiency at Advanced level or above; Strong legal drafting and analytical skills; Excellent organisational skills, proactive approach and attention to detail; Ability and motivation to work on complex and non-standard legal matters.
