Experience handling complex residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects
In-depth understanding of civil structures, architectural finishing standards, and construction methodologies
Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and site management capabilities
Superior communication skills
High commitment to site safety and quality standards
BSc in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering
Valid UPDA Registration — mandatory
