 Troubleshooting: Identify causes, recommend repairs

Paperwork and Procedures: Document repairs, order parts, bill

 Quality Control: Final operational tests

 Cross-Functional Support: Perform duties of Repair, Maintenance Technicians

 Safety and Compliance: Follow safety regulations

Flexibility and Adaptability: Support customer service, business needs

- Education: Vocational/Technical degree in Automotive Services

- Experience: 3+ years training, certifications from Technician Trainee, Maintenance, Repair Technician roles

- Preferred Training: Auto Electricity, Scanner/On-Board Diagnostics II, Lab Scope Diagnostics

- Key Knowledge: Engines, transmissions, brakes, electrical systems

- Certifications: Suspension, Steering, Brakes, Engine Repair, Electrical/Electronic Systems

- Language Skills: English, Arabic preferred

- Mathematical Skills: Basic arithmetic, compute rate, ratio, percent

- Physical Demands: Stand, walk, use hands, lift/move up to 20KG, 35KG

- Work Environment: 60 hours/week, overtime, Saturdays, evenings (Ramadan)

- Miscellaneous: Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, compliance with internal policies, background check, medical
