Senior Associate Officer - Distribution

JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Senior Associate - Distribution in an insurance company to support client expansion and revenue growth. This role involves building relationships with brokers, agents, and distribution partners to effectively promote insurance products. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the insurance market, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

1. Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or related field; insurance certifications are a plus.
2. 3+ years of experience in distribution, sales, or account management in general insurance.
3. Knowledge of UAE insurance market and distribution channels.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for relationship-building.
5. Analytical mindset to assess market trends and identify growth opportunities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Develop and expand broker relationships to meet business targets through the broker channel.
2. Visit brokers regularly, analyze current business, and align with distribution team objectives.
3. Identify and secure new business opportunities, adapting to market dynamics.
4. Collaborate with underwriting and broker teams for high client and premium retention.
5. Provide quick turnaround on new business quotations and convert quotes into active business.
6. Assist in new initiatives and projects as needed.
7. Build cross-functional relationships within the organization for effective collaboration.
