Salary: AED 4000-8000 per month

Job Summary
Our client is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Site Engineer to join their team in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction activities, ensuring compliance with project requirements, and leading site operations to achieve quality, safety, and time objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate construction activities on site
- Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and project documents
- Ensure compliance with project requirements, quality standards, and safety regulations
- Manage site personnel and subcontractors
- Monitor project progress, quality, and timelines
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients
- Identify and resolve site-related issues
- Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction/site engineering
- Strong experience in site supervision, project coordination, and construction activities
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Relevant engineering degree/diploma
- Strong communication and leadership skills
