Product Implementation Manager, iQueue for Operating Rooms

Join our Product Implementation Team, where we partner with hospitals to drive meaningful operational improvements throughout the perioperative and surgical journey. We focus on optimizing operating rooms (OR) access, utilization, and scheduling and staffing workflows to improve efficiency and improve patient access to care and readiness prior to surgery. In this role, you will work closely with hospital clients, clinical teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding, configuration, and adoption of our iQueue for Operating Rooms product. Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of related experience

3+ years of professional work experience working with data and analytics, within healthcare preferred

2+ years of professional experience in a client- or customer-facing role such as management consulting or implementation management

Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills; experience working with complex datasets

Experience working with healthcare IT systems and data (EHR familiarity preferred)

Experience working with executive-level stakeholders and driving alignment in complex environments

Experience working with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, clinical)

A maniacal obsession with customer success—you take ownership and move quickly to solve problems

Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

Strong project management skills, including managing multiple workstreams and coordinating cross-functional teams with high attention to detail and organization

Strong familiarity with project management tools and best practices
