Do you have a passion for the LEGO® products? Here’s your chance to help every LEGO product look its absolute best by coordinating, preparing for, and participating at production shoots for visual communication material of our LEGO Product Portfolio.

In this role you will collaborate with partners across The LEGO Group, ensuring that photoshoots, commercials, and marketing material represent the products created within LEGO Design in the best possible way for our audiences.

The position is based in Billund, Denmark. No relocation assistance is offered for this position.

Core Responsibilities

As a Senior Product Specialist & Stylist you will be our toy doctor, bridging between creative LEGO Model Designers and the teams at Our LEGO Agency that bring our products to life on screen and in photos. You will not be taking the photographs yourself and instead support the photographers and creative directors on set to ensure that our products are built correctly and capture the essence of LEGO Product Experience and storytelling.

In this role you will drive improvement of work methodology as a Senior Product Specialist, working with key partners to maintain up-to-date guidelines.

Moreover, you will:

  • Act as the main contact for collaborators, responsible for resource requests and workload tracking.
  • Represent LEGO Design as a product specialist by fixing, rebuilding, and verifying physical LEGO products before they are released ensuring they are correctly built in every picture/shot taken.
  • Support the LEGO Design Governance team ensuring the consistent expression of our products across The LEGO ecosystem
  • Familiarize yourselves with the brief, making sure you're aligned with the flow of the shoot, and relevant requirements for each different type of shoot.
  • Before shoot days, engage with the LEGO Design teams, to understand the creative vision of the products; what is the product and the product line characteristics (storyline, DNA, Tone of voice, poses, functions and features).
  • Collaborate with and support the creative Producers at the production photo/video shoot to ensure efficient and agile shoots, with a positive, playful demeanor and an agile approach in a high pace environment – keeping the overview and the attention to details.
  • Document learnings and support continuous optimization of the Product Specialist and Stylist processes and set-up.
  • Drive training of other LEGO Designers in how to efficiently support the product styling tasks.

Play your part in our team succeeding

LEGO® Design is the home of around 700 Designers of all trades and the nucleus of innovation for the LEGO Group. Our mission is to inspire and develop the builders of tomorrow. As children shape their own worlds with LEGO bricks, we play our part in having a positive impact on the world they live in today and will inherit in the future.

As a Senior Product Specialist and Stylist, you will play a driver role in supporting creation of Life Style and Campaign communication material of our LEGO Product Portfolio – made to build awareness of our LEGO Creations for LEGO Fans of all ages.

Do you have what it takes

Your background could vary — what matters the most is a genuine interest in LEGO® products. Perhaps you’re currently a Model Designer eager to explore new challenges, driven by a passion for coordination and collaboration across LEGO® Design and Our LEGO® Agency. Or maybe you come from the film or commercial production industry, bringing a sharp eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a love for creative problem-solving with a keen sense of aesthetics.

To thrive in this role, you bring:

  • Strong collaboration skills, having to work with creative managers, LEGO Designers, Our LEGO Agency and LEGO Producers.
  • Flexible and agile attitude, able to work under high work pressure.
  • Strong self-drive and an engaging communication style.
  • Structure. Balancing a big-picture view with attention to detail.
  • A driving license in Denmark for the ability to commute and travel as product shoots are taking place in different parts of Denmark - and sometimes also abroad.
  • Ability to use MS Outlook, SharePoint and other relevant digital tools.
