We are seeking a Merchandising Leader who seamlessly integrates aesthetic intuition with analytical rigor. You are as comfortable discussing the nuances of frame geometry and material innovation as you are analyzing complex datasets to drive inventory efficiency.
In this role, you will lead our product portfolio strategy by combining global trend forecasting with algorithmic inventory management. Beyond technical expertise, we are looking for a design first & tech first leader who can navigate a complex, global organisational structure and build high-performing teams.

Set the Direction: You aren't just reacting to trends; you’re deciding where Lenskart goes next. You’ll set the visual and commercial strategy for our global collections, making sure we stay ahead of the curve.

Build the "Merchandising Machine": We are scaling fast. You need to build the processes, systems, and tools that allow us to manage thousands of SKUs across multiple countries without breaking a sweat.

Deploy AI & Logic: We want to move away from "gut feel." You will work with our tech teams to integrate AI into how we forecast demand, curate assortments, and automate replenishment.

Lead & Build the Team: Your biggest job is to find and grow talent. You’ll be managing a diverse group—from creative designers to hard-core analysts—and getting them to speak the same language.

Connect the Dots: You’ll be the bridge between our Design, Supply Chain, and Store teams. You need to be a great partner who can turn a design concept into a profitable, global launch.

Experience: You have 10+ years of experience in high-growth environments. You’ve managed global teams and know how to navigate the chaos of a company that moves at light speed.

Leadership: You don't just "manage" a department; you build a culture. You have a track record of identifying raw talent, mentoring future leaders, and keeping a high-performance team motivated in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment.
