As the Global Online Product & Revenue Leader, you will own the full Online P&L across India and Lenskart's international markets, and you will build the AI-powered commercial machine that drives it. You will move us from campaign-driven growth to a real-time, intelligence-led revenue system — where every rupee of media spend, every digital touchpoint, and every customer interaction is optimised by data and AI.

Your mandate: make Lenskart the most commercially effective and customer-obsessed digital eyewear brand on the planet.

  • Take full end-to-end ownership of the Online P&L across all channels and geographies — India, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and beyond.

  • Build and execute a forward-looking online growth roadmap that works backward from deep consumer insight, not internal assumptions.

  • Integrate marketplace and quick commerce into the core business architecture — not as side channels, but as scaled, intelligent revenue streams.

  • Lead the transformation of Lenskart's performance marketing from manual optimisation to an AI-driven acquisition and retention engine — across Meta, Google, Programmatic, Affiliates, and emerging channels.

  • Deploy sophisticated LTV-based audience modelling, predictive cohort targeting, and AI-powered bidding strategies to maximise return on every dollar of media spend.

  • Develop and own the frameworks for AI-assisted creative testing and real-time campaign optimisation at scale.

  • Scale marketplace and quick commerce presence through intelligent catalogue management, algorithmic ranking strategies, and demand-signal-driven inventory positioning.

  • Provide strategic direction and operational clarity to regional online channel teams across markets.

  • Ensure each market accelerates its own growth trajectory while staying coherent with global brand, tech, and operational standards.

  • Build a team culture where speed, data fluency, and customer obsession are non-negotiable defaults.

  • Partner with Product and Tech to embed AI deeply into the customer journey — from intelligent search and personalised recommendations to virtual try-on and AI-led conversion optimisation.

  • Champion a culture of continuous experimentation: own the A/B testing roadmap, accelerate learning velocity, and ensure every insight compounds into measurable conversion and retention uplift.

  • Define and deliver the digital experience standard that makes Lenskart's web and app not just functional — but genuinely delightful and differentiated.

  • Build and operate a real-time performance intelligence system — dashboards, funnels, cohort analyses — that enables the team to make high-quality decisions in hours, not weeks.

  • Own growth forecasting, customer segmentation, and hyper-targeted audience strategies that power scalable, profitable marketing.

  • Move the organisation from reactive reporting to predictive, AI-assisted growth operations.

  • Work hand-in-hand with Supply Chain, Category, CX, Merchandising, and Creative to ensure every online touchpoint is backed by seamless operational execution.

  • Be the connective tissue between commercial ambition and operational reality — ensuring the customer experience is consistent, compelling, and continuously improving.

Commercial Ownership at Scale: You have held full P&L accountability for a large-scale digital business — and you have delivered aggressive, sustainable revenue growth while managing cost discipline.

AI & Data Fluency: You don't just commission data analyses — you understand how AI and ML can be applied to performance marketing, personalisation, forecasting, and customer experience. You've either built or led teams that have deployed these capabilities in production.

Performance Marketing Depth: You have managed large, complex media budgets across search and social, and you have led the shift from manual to algorithmic and AI-assisted campaign management.

Multi-channel Architecture: You have scaled revenue across owned digital channels (web, app), third-party marketplaces, and rapid-delivery platforms — simultaneously, not sequentially.

Customer Experience Instinct: You obsess over the digital journey. You can identify friction at a granular level and move fast to eliminate it — using data, design, and product thinking together.

Cross-functional Influence: You have a track record of aligning supply chain, creative, and engineering teams behind a single commercial vision — across geographies and cultures.

P&L Responsibility: A proven history of managing the complete income and expense statement for a large-scale digital business, with a focus on sustainable profit and aggressive revenue growth.

Product-Driven Customer Experience: The ability to lead technical teams to build digital features that simplify complex buying decisions, such as virtual fitting tools and seamless try-on experiences.

Strategic Marketing Oversight: Expertise in managing large advertising budgets across search engines and social media, ensuring the cost to acquire a customer is balanced against their long-term value.

Multichannel Distribution: Practical experience scaling sales through company-owned websites, mobile applications, third-party marketplaces, and rapid-delivery platforms.

Customer Experience focus: The skill to analyze complex customer data to identify friction points in the digital journey and implement rapid improvements to drive customer experience online.

Cross-Functional Leadership: A track record of aligning diverse departments—including supply chain, creative design, and engineering—to ensure a consistent customer experience across different global regions.
