Are you ready to lead the design of end‑to‑end services that support some of the UK’s most critical missions? At Leonardo UK, our Service Designers bring human‑centred, evidence‑based design leadership to multi‑disciplinary delivery teams, shaping services across the full lifecycle — from Discovery through to Live. You will provide expert professional advice, influence decision‑making, and lead complex design work that transforms how users interact with our services and how those services operate behind the scenes.

Your work at Leonardo UK will see you take the lead in solving customer problems in an agile, innovative and team-centric manner. The role may involve a blended hybrid working model, with a mixture of working from home and working on site at our Bristol office to ensure close collaboration with the wider team and with our customers.
