Experience recruiting different levels of talent.

Proven track record of success with a variety of recruiting methods including direct sourcing, e-recruiting and traditional methods

An ability to maintain composure in demanding situations

Assisting the Hiring Manager or Executive Recruiter with recruitment duties.

Reviewing available positions and candidate requirements.

Communicating with the HR team.

Posting job applications on social media and job sites.

Tracking open positions using recruiting software.

Assisting the hiring team in screening candidate résumés.

Contacting candidate references and verifying education requirements.

Conducting initial phone screenings.

Communicating with candidates and setting up interviews.

Managing the résumé database

Experience with both 3rd party (agency) and internal recruiting at the corporate level

Experience recruiting in the Construction industry

Being active in your community

Proven track record of success with a variety of recruiting methods including direct sourcing, e-recruiting and traditional methods

Experience with Applicant Tracing Systems

Negotiation and influencing skills

A highly ethical demeanour and an ability to deal with confidential issues with tact & discretion
