As an Engineer III, Systems Reliability Engineering, you will support global supply planning capabilities by ensuring the stability, reliability, and continuous improvement of o9 and connected enterprise systems. You will work closely with supply chain, product, integration, platform, and enterprise operations teams to resolve issues, improve performance, and drive AI-enabled support automation. This role reports to the FGI and Supply Planning Support Lead.
About the Role
~1 min read- Lead production support for o9 supply planning processes, planning runs, master data, transactional data, and user-impacting issues across business and technical teams.
- Drive issue triage and root cause analysis across o9, integrations, job schedules, reporting systems, and related planning technologies to ensure reliable service delivery.
- Partner with business, product, engineering, integration, and platform teams to resolve incidents, validate fixes, and support system releases.
- Improve operational reliability through monitoring, alerting, reconciliation processes, exception handling, support runbooks, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities, including automated triage, ticket summarization, knowledge retrieval, workflow automation, and anomaly detection.
- 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications, supply chain planning systems, production operations, or integration platforms, including 3+ years of experience with o9.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of supply planning processes, planning exceptions, master data, and end-to-end planning system dependencies.
- Experience troubleshooting o9 or comparable advanced planning platforms, including integrations, interfaces, batch jobs, reporting, and reconciliation processes.
- Working knowledge of SQL, Python, R, or similar data analysis tools, along with exposure to AI-driven support automation, monitoring tools, and IT service management processes.
