Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into conceptual and detailed designs. Project Coordination: Work closely with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and other stakeholders to integrate all project components seamlessly. Ensure designs meet aesthetic, functional, and safety requirements while aligning with project budgets and timelines. Site Supervision and Oversight: Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, ensuring compliance with architectural plans and specifications. Provide guidance and solutions for on-site challenges related to design or construction. Sustainability and Innovation: Incorporate sustainable and energy-efficient design principles into high-rise projects. Stay updated with the latest trends in architecture and construction technologies, applying them to enhance project outcomes. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and present design proposals, reports, and project updates to clients and management. Maintain thorough documentation of project progress, modifications, and approvals. Requirements Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution. Experience: Proven track record of working on high-rise construction projects. Key Skills: Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tools). Strong knowledge of high-rise building systems, materials, and construction methodologies. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities to liaise with clients and cross-disciplinary teams. Familiarity with sustainability practices and green building certifications (LEED or equivalent is a plus).
