Lignum Security Limited is seeking an experienced and client-focused Security Training and Awareness Manager to lead the design and delivery of cybersecurity training and awareness services for our clients. This role is pivotal in helping clients build a culture of security, equipping their teams to recognize and mitigate cyber threats. The ideal candidate will combine strong instructional design skills and deep cybersecurity expertise, and excellent communication abilities to deliver impactful training programs. Key Responsibilities Client Training Program Development Design and customize cybersecurity training programs tailored to client needs, industries, and risk profiles. Develop engaging materials, including e-learning modules, presentations, videos, and guides, to enhance client education. Ensure training programs align with industry best practices and comply with regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR). Delivery of Training Services Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions for client teams, including employees, management, and executives. Facilitate phishing simulations, role-playing exercises, and interactive workshops to provide hands-on learning experiences. Provide specialized executive training on strategic cybersecurity awareness and decision-making. Awareness Campaigns for Clients Design and launch tailored awareness campaigns for clients, including newsletters, posters, and digital content, to promote cybersecurity best practices. Implement ongoing awareness programs to keep clients updated on emerging threats and mitigation strategies. Guide clients in integrating awareness campaigns into their organizational culture. Program Evaluation and Client Reporting Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and client-specific KPIs. Provide detailed reports to clients, highlighting program participation, outcomes, and recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with clients to identify new training needs and propose tailored solutions. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Education, Communications, or a related field. Equivalent experience in cybersecurity training and awareness may be considered. Certifications: Preferred: Certified Information Security Awareness Manager (CISAM), Certified Cybersecurity Awareness Practitioner (CCAP), CompTIA CTT+, or equivalent certifications. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and delivering cybersecurity training and awareness programs. Proven track record of working with diverse clients and industries. Experience managing e-learning platforms and conducting virtual and in-person training sessions. Technical Skills: Proficiency in e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate, or similar). Familiarity with phishing simulation platforms (e.g., KnowBe4, Cofense) and their deployment for client training. Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, emerging threats, and compliance standards (e.g., NIST, CIS Controls). Soft Skills: Outstanding presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to simplify complex cybersecurity concepts for non-technical audiences. Strong client relationship management abilities, including excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Creativity and innovation in developing training content tailored to client needs. Analytical mindset to evaluate program impact and deliver actionable insights to clients. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Client satisfaction and feedback scores on training programs. Participation and completion rates for client training sessions. Measurable reductions in client phishing click rates and human-error-related incidents.
