Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition and Relationship Building Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including networking events, cold calls, and email campaigns. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact. Understand client needs and align them with Lignum Security’s solutions to deliver tailored value propositions. Sales Presentations and Proposals Deliver engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations to C-level executives, business decision-makers, and small business owners. Collaborate with the marketing team to prepare customized proposals, quotes, and contracts. Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. Marketing Campaign Support Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and email outreach efforts. Represent Lignum Security at trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the company’s services and build brand awareness. Collect feedback from clients and prospects to refine marketing messages and strategies. Reporting and Sales Tracking Track and report sales activities, including leads, conversions, and pipeline progress, using CRM tools. Provide regular updates to the Sales and Marketing Manager on sales performance and client feedback. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent experience in sales or marketing may be considered. Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably in the cybersecurity, IT, or technology industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot) for managing client relationships and tracking sales activities. Basic understanding of cybersecurity solutions and their business benefits is a plus. Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and social media platforms for outreach. Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Energetic and self-motivated, with a passion for driving results. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Creative problem solver with the ability to adapt to client needs and market changes. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Number of new clients acquired and retention rates. Sales revenue generated against targets. Engagement rates for marketing campaigns.
