Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls from clients, addressing inquiries and providing support for financial services
  • Provide clear, accurate information about our range of products and services
  • Efficiently resolve customer issues, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty
  • Document customer interactions and follow up as necessary
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer service at all times
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service delivery
  • Participate in training sessions to expand your knowledge of our services and tools

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Skills:
