Linika Consulting Inc. is looking for a dedicated Remote Administrative Assistant to join our team. This full-time, remote position offers an exciting opportunity to support our operations in the financial services industry while gaining valuable experience in a dynamic work environment.

As a Remote Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in facilitating smooth communication and organization within our team. Your contributions will directly impact our efficiency and client satisfaction, allowing us to maintain our reputation for excellence in financial consulting. We offer a competitive salary range of CAD 76,000 - CAD 83,000 annually, alongside comprehensive benefits and opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to team members and management
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Prepare and organize documentation and reports
  • Handle correspondence and communication with clients and stakeholders
  • Assist in data entry and database management
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
  • Support project management efforts by tracking deadlines and deliverables
  • Perform general office tasks to ensure efficient operation

Requirements
